Are there per-resolution fees?
No. Resolving more conversations with the agent does not increase your bill. Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a thread between a customer and your agent or team on any channel: the website widget, Telegram, or Discord. Starter includes 2,000 per month and Growth includes 3,000 per month.
What is a project?
A project is one agent with its own knowledge base, channels, and settings. Use separate projects for separate products, brands, or audiences. Starter includes 5 projects. Growth includes unlimited projects.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Growth adds unlimited projects, 3,000 conversations per month, larger knowledge base storage, higher website scraping limits, and priority support. Everything else, including all channels, human handoff, and branding, is in both plans.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Starter is $290 per year and Growth is $490 per year, which is two months free compared with monthly billing.
