Add the widget to your site
The SupportHQ widget is two script tags. Every platform below has a guide with the exact place to paste them, the platform's own requirements, what usually goes wrong, and how to confirm it works.
Carrd
Carrd Embed elements require Pro Standard or higher.
Framer
Framer makes custom code available on paid site plans. Check Framer's current plan page for the tier.
Next.js
Works with Next.js 13 and later, App Router or Pages Router.
plain HTML
No platform requirements. Any page that can load a script.
React
Works with any React 16.8+ app: Vite, Create React App, Remix, or a custom setup.
Shopify
Works on any Shopify plan that lets you edit theme code (all standard plans). The checkout page is not customizable with theme scripts unless you are on Shopify Plus.
Squarespace
Squarespace Code Injection requires the Business plan or higher.
Webflow
Webflow publishes site-wide custom code only on paid Site plans. Check Webflow's current plan page for the exact tier.
Wix
Wix custom code requires a Premium plan and a connected domain. This is a Wix requirement, not a SupportHQ one.
WordPress
Works on any self-hosted WordPress site. On WordPress.com, plugins and custom code require the Business plan or higher.
