1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Support HQ, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription. The refund period begins on the date your first payment is charged. No reason is required—this guarantee applies to your first payment only and is available for all paid plans.
2. Refunds for Subsequent Payments
After the initial 7-day period, we may still issue refunds when the service has not been available or usable due to circumstances on our side. We consider refund requests for renewal or subsequent payments in situations such as:
- Extended or repeated downtime — The platform was unavailable or severely degraded for a significant period during the billing cycle.
- Critical service failures — Core features (e.g. the AI assistant, chat widget, or knowledge base) did not work as described due to bugs or errors on our end.
- Other material service issues — Problems that prevented you from using Support HQ in a meaningful way and that we were unable to resolve in a reasonable time.
We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for later payments are not granted for change of mind, reduced usage, or issues caused by your configuration or third-party services—only when the platform has failed to deliver the service you paid for.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
