Drift is now part of Salesloft, and it is being retired. In March 2026, Clari + Salesloft announced a gradual sunset of Drift and named 1mind as its successor for existing Drift customers. As of the date on this page, drift.com/pricing redirects to a Salesloft page that says "We've transitioned from Drift to 1mind". No end date for every customer is published, so confirm yours with your account team.
Drift was built for B2B sales: qualify website visitors, route them to sellers, and feed buyer signals into the sales stack. Salesloft's own page says its chat agents can also improve customer support.
